Coni Hall

Following her dream to learn to paint in watercolor after physical limitations dictated a change in lifestyle, Coni attended various weekend seminars and college art classes to help her develop her goal . Many competitions and ribbons later her career was underway. Coni and her husband, Tom, chose to relocate to Hot Springs from San Diego. She is thrilled by the extensive art opportunities in the area and the response from the community. Coni prefers to paint from photographs that she takes herself, but will consider commissions from submitted photos if she finds inspiration in them. She enjoys a variety of subject matter from animals, people, architecture and landscapes using bold colors. Coni is very active in her community and happily donates her framed prints to many area philanthropic groups. She is currently the Scholarship Chairman for the Hot Springs Women’s Welcome Club and will be the 2nd VP in 2017. She is a life member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary, the 2016 recording secretary for the Republican Women, and a member of Emblem Club, Nitecappers, Zeta Chi Sorority and the Viet Nam Veterans Organization. She also enjoys glass mosaics, knits preemie sets for Children’s Hospital, plays in several card groups and course, dances with The Dixie Darlins’ dance troupe.
