Being a woman and first-generation Vietnamese refugee raised in Northwest Arkansas has shaped my unique perspective on the world.
This lens inspires me to look closer, explore further, and delve deeper in my artistic practice to cultivate empathy and appreciation for our shared experiences.
As a visual artist, I draw from the beauty and complexity of nature and the profound meaning in everyday objects. Captivated by often-overlooked details, I use watercolor to explore intricacies, uncover beauty, and infuse symbolism into my work. My art reflects my belief in Divine design, its mysteries, and the connections it fosters between us and the world.
Beyond creating art, I use it as a bridge to bring communities together. My work invites viewers to reflect, engage in dialogue, and connect more deeply with themselves, others, and our shared humanity.
